Chainbox Acceptable Use Policy
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the relevant
jurisdiction(s).
You agree not to, and will not permit third parties or your End Users to, use the Services:
- To grant multiple individuals access to a single End User Account, except through the delegation features
provided within the Services (ie. to create End User Accounts assigned to business functions rather than
individuals).
- To violate or encourage the violation of others’ legal rights.
- To engage in, promote, or incite illegal activity or violence. For any unlawful, invasive, infringing,
defamatory, or fraudulent purpose, including intellectual property violations, phishing, or operating a pyramid
scheme.
- To distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or any other harmful or deceptive
materials.
- To gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or impair the Services or the infrastructure supporting them.
- To alter, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any part of the Services, Software, or supporting
infrastructure.
- To test, analyze, or reverse-engineer the Services to identify vulnerabilities, bypass security measures, or
evade filtering capabilities.
- To resell End User Accounts, or any portion thereof, as part of a commercial product or service offered to third
parties.
- To use the Services or any provided interfaces to access another Chainbox product or service in a manner that
violates its terms of service.
